God is Everywhere

06/16/2010

Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?

If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there also.

If I take the wings like those of an eagle, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;

Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

If I say, Surely the darkness shall be as light upon me; even the night shall be light before my face.

The darkness shall not be dark to thee; but the night shines as the day; the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.

For thou has made my heart; thou has accepted me from my mother’s womb.

I will praise thee, because of the wonders which thou has done; marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knows right well.

~ Psalm 139: 7-15 (Holy Bible, George M. Lamsa’s Translation)
